Prop 1 fails to pass, certified

Prop 1 failed to pass. Certification was on 11/29 and showed 61% of voters were in favor of keeping the current form of government. For 69 years Clyde Hill voters have been able to elect their mayor, maintain checks and balances and separation of powers. This will continue.
